Chunky and ornate silver ring set with a large dark midnight blue stone, most likely Madagascan sapphire.
Excellent condition overall, with light surface wear to the stone, most notably there is a tiny pitted dot to the crown. Stamped 925 for silver. Stone measures 12mm North to South. It is a very dark opaque blue with an almost cloudy patterning visible when inspected closely in good light.
