Antique 18ct yellow gold synthetic spinel full eternity band. The round cut white stones are fabulously sparkling and the side of the band has an attractive scrolling design engraved around it's entirety. A lovely vintage example of a classic timeless design.
Circa 1920/30. In excellent condition with light surface wear to stones. Stamped 18ct and SYN SPINEL to side of band.
