Antique orange and white shell cameo with a scrollwork frame. Circa 1900, this pretty vintage brooch is in good condition with some patina and wear to the frame. It is stamped RG (for rolled gold, an early type of gold plating). It closes securely with a good and strong pin featuring the classic Victorian C clasp with a T-bar hinge. This antique cameo brooch could also be worn as a pendant.
