Vintage enamelled yellow gold charm of a stork carrying a baby in a sling in it's beak. This is a beautifully detailed charm; the sling is articulated and the baby rocks as the charm moves.
Circa 1960/70. In good condition with light surface wear all over. The enamel is heavily worn, the beak of the stork would have originally been red but there is only a tiny patch of this left, and the enamel to the baby and sling are also heavily worn. Eyes are a hole that goes throughout the entire charm; this is how the charm was made and it is not missing any stones etc. The charm measures 2cm tall (not including bale) and weighs approx. 2.3 grams.
We've paired this vintage solid gold charm with a 9k gold curb chain. The chain is 1.5mm wide and hallmarked. Choose from 18" or 20".
