A beautiful and unique Art Deco style ruby and diamond cluster ring modelled in 14k rose gold and designed in a twist on the classic target style with 3 central diamonds rather than the traditional single stone. The red tone in the gold is subtle and soft and the ring sits low and wide (approx 2cm across) on the finger. Such a fabulous and unusual piece of jewelry, this would make a stunning Art Deco engagement or right hand ring.
The diamonds are bezel set, have a total weight of approx 1.4ct and all are well matched. The central stone measures approx 5.5mm and is of good white colour. It is heavily included with black carbon spots, giving it an almost salt and pepper, slightly silvery tone. The diamonds to either side are approx 4mm, noticably less white than the central stone and very heavily included, one in particular is slightly cloudy in appearance. The outer circle of diamonds each measure approx 1.5 mm and are white and sparkling. The square cut rubies are approx 1.5mm (the ones to the shoulder are 2mm) and a fabulous shade of deep pink/red. They have light surface wear only visible under magnification.
In very good overall condition with minor surface wear. Stamped 14k.
