18k yellow gold dress ring featuring a central opal cabachon with a scrolling mount set with 2 tiny gold butterlies and 8 twinkling little diamonds. The oval white opal (approx 9mm x 7mm) has beautiful flashes of colour when it catches the light. Such a pretty and feminine ring, would make a fantastic unique engagement ring or could be worn with the accompanying necklace which we also have for sale.
