An unusual antique spinel white gold eternity ring circa 1920/30. The Art Deco band is a full eternity with sparkling white synthetic spinels to it's entirity, except for one stone which is a very subtle pale pink colour! At first we assumed that a stone had been replaced but upon inspection realised that it was probably intentional, given that there is no sign of this and the pink stone sits above the solid hallmarked section of the ring, where perhaps a clear stone would have looked out of place next to it's counterparts. Or perhaps it was of romantic significance to it's original owner; either way it makes for a unique version of this classic design. The pink is a very faint shade and it is not overly noticable that one stone is different, especially when the ring is on the finger. The spinels are super sparkly and twinkle beautifully when they catch the light; a very dainty and wearable vintage ring that could easily be stacked alongside others.
